Last Stand....Good vs Evil

Galatians 5:16-26

Galatians 

So I advise you to live according to your new life in the Holy Spirit.  Then you won't be doing what your sinful nature craves.  The old sinful nature loves to do evil, which is just opposite from what the Holy Spirit wants.  And the Spirit give us desires that are opposite from what the sinful nature desires.  These two forces are constantly fighting each other, and your choices are never free from this conflict.  But when you are directed by the Holy Spirit, you are no longer subject to the law. 

When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, your lives will produce these evil results:  sexual immorality, impure thoughts, eagerness for lustful pleasure, idolatry, participation in demonic activities, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambitions, divisions, the feeling that everyone is wrong except those in your own little group, envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other kinds of sin.  Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

But when the Holy Spirit controls our lives, he will produce this kind of fruit in us:  love, joy, please, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.  Here there is no conflict with the law. 

Those who belong to Christ Jesus have nailed the passions and desires of their sinful nature to his cross and crucified them there.  If we are living now by the Holy Spirit, let us follow the Holy Spirit's leading in every part of our lives.  Let us not become conceited, or irritate one another, or be jealous of one another.

Including, but not limited to....

Goodness IS of God, Jesus, Holy Spirit.

Good expresses this kind of fruit from within us....

love

joy

peace

patience

kindness

goodness

faithfulness

gentleness

self-control.

So, which list best describes the actions of Donald Trump?  

Which list best describes the actions of Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr.? 

Which list best fits the definition of actions that should be instilled in, and expressed by, the leader of the free world, the President of the United States of America? 

How in God's name, could you, as an Evangelical Christian, remotely consider, that Donald Trump should be someone with whom you should align yourself?  How can you possibly read the same Bible, as I, and millions of Christians across the U.S. and the world, and NOT see SATAN incarnate as one of Satan's assigns in Donald Trump?      

How can you possibly, NOT see all the good in Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., with all the years of history of how he HAS aligned himself with God, acted as a man of God historically for the U.S., as well as personally for and with his family, and friends?  

The difference between the two is like a clump of charcoal used to break others' windows, and destroy foundations, to a bright shining star from heaven who has lit the way with truth and light, lifting others to new heights and freedoms. 

Sure Donald dropped pennies on the dollar to buy cheap land and secure obscure builders, and hired neighborhood folk to build in their area to purportedly lift folks up.  But he only did so to keep them from really rising, and moving into the suburbs, and his neighborhood.  Shame....on....him.

He's a master at manipulation, using anyone to get what he wants.  Until he decides whether he, or his kids, will run for office in 2024, you will be his friends.  If they decide not to, you are toast.  He wants your money, and your loyalty, devotion, and he's laughing at your backs.  WAKE UP! 

Pray for the scales to be removed from your own eyes!  You are attacking others for their beliefs....now I am focused on you in the name of the Lord.  God tells us to help and pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ.  By what you've done in this election so far, you've proven whom you serve....that you are NOT my brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus.  You need to make a final stand, a right stand, and pray earnestly that you will be forgiven....save yourselves, not Donald Trump. 

When Jerry Falwell, Jr. spoke, you listened.  He spoke up in support of Donald Trump because he owed Donald Trump for getting him out of a sexual situation with himself and his wife, and Trump called it in.  Jerry Falwell, Jr. has never been his Dad, and never will be.  But nearly the world of Evangelical Pastors listened, believing him upright, upstanding....a man of God like his Dad.  What .... a .... joke.  And so nearly the whole world of Evangelicals moved with the wave.  But hey, folks, instead of listening to Jerry Falwell, Jr. and your Pastor, you should have ALL been listening to Holy Spirit!  I pray earnestly you will make better decisions for yourselves, and those around you.  Read the lists above....where are you REALLY? 

Think I'm wrong?  Better have a chat with Holy Spirit and reread your Bibles to find again solid ground, because you have surely lost the essential foundations of God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, as outlined in the Bible....most especially as outlined in the NEW Testament....the new way, the current way....we are to live.

I take a last stand as I say, choose this day whom you will serve, and choose wisely....choose GOOD over evil in the election for President of the U.S., and in your lives.

   Let Us Pray

God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, help us....all....to make the right choice, the only viable choice, when we vote for the President of the United States of America.  May you instill in the hearts and minds of every U.S. Citizen, the import of their vote, and why.  And may you see to it that indeed, all evil be removed from ALL governments worldwide.  And please ensure that Joe Biden lead us onward into victory, in all ways, for all people, as the President of the United States of America.  Lord God, Lamb of God, you take a way the sins of the world, unless....as in John 15, you have cut others off.  May we NOT fall victim to Satan's whims any longer in our futures, and may you see how he has bamboozled many....please forgive us our mistakes, and save us from the victimization.  We need you....please don't leave us now.  May we ALL be given life in all of it's fullness, Jesus, as only you can give, and, may the solidarity of others who serve you, like Joe Biden, help others to 'see you more clearly, follow you more nearly, and love you more dearly....day by day'.  In Jesus' name I pray, by, and with, the power of the Holy Spirit, to dear Heavenly Father God.  Amen.  We praise you.  We thank you.  We love you.  Amen.
