Is The Earth Off Its Axis?  

Galatians 5:7-10

Galatians

You were getting along so well.  Who has interfered with you to hold you back from following the truth?  It certainly isn't God, for he is the one who called you to freedom.  But it takes only one wrong person among you to infect all the others - a little yeast spreads quickly through the whole batch of dough!  I am trusting the Lord to bring you back to believing as I do about these things.  God will judge that person, whoever it is, who has been troubling and confusing you.

What is going on ? !

Christians are being spirited away by Satan and his assigns !

Someone said to me recently, as a reminder, that God is in control.  

Is he?  He is not.  He gave us free will.  And those not abiding in God are exercising their free will to abide with Satan. 

You are either with God or you are with Satan.  You cannot be both.  There is no fence you can straddle here. 

Current U.S. President, Donald Trump, although I cannot even say 'acting' president in any form, went to an evangelical church who embraced him.  Trump said not to worry that God is on their side.  Note the following taken from the New York Times article via MSN online on 01/03/2020 titled Trump to Evangelical Base: God Is On Our Side.  The article reads, ' In his first public appearance since the strike that killed Maj. Gen. Qassim Suleimani of Iran, Pres. Trump rallied his evangelical Christian base of supporters on Friday, portraying himself as the restorer of faith in the public square and claiming that "God is on our side".

ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?!  REALLY ?!  Note: Not yelling, stating with HUGE emphasis. 

To all the Evangellists believing Trump is the 'chosen one', let's read again Gal 5:7-9.  Paul said, "You were getting along so well.  Who has interfered with you to hold you back from following the truth?  It CERTAINLY ISN'T GOD [personal emphasis].  For HE is the one who called you to freedom.  But it takes only one wrong person among you to infect all the others - a little yeast spreads quickly through the whole batch of dough!"

Let's talk about where this seems to have started.  A while back, Jerry Falwell, Jr and his wife had an issue with some nude photos....yes, nude.  Trump's lawyer, Cohen, helped him out.  (Google anything you want about this topic.)  Next thing you know, Falwell Jr. endorsed Trump, although he had stated earlier he would not endorse anyone.

Because Falwell, Jr. is the be all and end all over Liberty University that his Father, Falwell, Sr. established with the foundation being the Bible - the inspired Word of God - and Falwell Sr. being part of the Moral Majoirty (Falwell Sr. was Biblically grounded and founded in the Word of God and a God fearing man), folks have a tendency to expect and believe Falwell Jr, is the same as his Dad.  Seems he's not.  

So, when Jr. endorsed Trump, supporting him for President, everybody listened and followed. And the brainwashed evangelicals in the world slid so far to the right like a body wave at a football game, that it took them off the edge of a dangerous cliff.  Astounding.  Much like they banish their hard earned dollars for bigger, better airplanes as a supposed necessity to preach the Gospel in far off places for certain evangelical pastors.  

I have to say, I was on the fringe.  I got an evangelical ministrys' monthly magazine, tapped in periodically via TV, listenened to the Pastor sing Christmas music, but could not bring myself to pay for a plane.  I even called for prayer a few times, but I only had ONE from the heart prayer, the rest wree call center scripts or 'talk offs', and interestingly, it was during the 2016 presidential election that I was FULLY awakened to what I realized was a brainwashing of sorts.

I was watching a major news program (probably NBC, I only have an over the air antenna) and they showed a clip of Kenneith Copeland from his regular broadcast.  He was pointing to the camera (aka TV audience) saying with strong emphasis, "If you vote for her (Hilary Clinton), you're resposible for killing all the babies in the world.".  Or something to that effect, lest I be accused of misquoting him.  [In trying to find that clip, I found one where he said that Jesus was the Lord over the United States.   He is not JUST the Lord for the U.S.  He is the Lord of ALL.]  Anyway, back to the news program and Kenneth Copeland's mandated edict....at that moment my TV screen went black and a little plume of smoke came out.  Really.  Permanent failure of said TV per repair tech. 

So, I got to thinking at that time, and, after much prayer, and listening to Holy Spiriit, I chose to listen to a couple CD's of his that I had.  I needed clarity and truth.  I was in shock.  Even though I always stayed in the outer fringes and never had full involvement, I realized how methodical and controlling the rant was.  I will never deny God's word being anything but what it is - fully encompassing truth.  But, with that ministry, I was fully aware I had been led down a path, not led up the hill to the mountain.  

Now I must say, God's word was preached, but there were many times it was like at an angle, which is why I asked in the title of this 'Thought' if the earth was off its axis.  I also recalled listening to other pastors from other minitries, and recalled various ministry broadcasts I'd tapped into recently and could not deny the angle apparent.

It always bothered me that they tied money to God granting prayer requests.   Yet they chastised for years Catholics doing the same.  NOTE:  God does NOT want us to pay him to get him to answer our prayers, nor pay others to get others to pray for us.  Nor should we expect that the only way our prayers will be answered is at the gift of money to anyone in his name.  He may bless us for blessing someone else, but that is not the same.  And we should not give to get, which is the same principle.

God wants us to abide with him in a relationship and obey in a loving sense, not in a mandated sense.  He is NOT, nor is Jesus, a masterful demanding ruler over us.  He wants to be one with us and we with him, and to reach out to others with respect, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control as outlined in Galatians 5:22-23, sharing what we are to have within....or should - the fruits of the Holy Spirit.

God does not want us to exercise our free will to side with Satan, following the desires of sinful nature within us where our lives would produce these evil results: sexual immorality, impure thoughts, eagerness for lustful pleasure, idolatry, participation in demonic activities, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, divisions, the feeling that everyone is wrong except those in your own little group, envy, drunkenness, wild parties and other kinds of sin.  Paul goes on to say in Galatians 5:19-21, "Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will NOT [my emphasis] inherit the kingdom of God."

Based on this, and having MANY facts regarding Donald Trump according to those historically documented regarding him, HOW can CHRISTIANS align with him - unless they are deceived?  

Satan has NOT blindsided them.  This is epic in the making.  

Read John 15 again.  YOU CAN lose your salvation.  You CAN be cast off.  And all those aligning with Donald Trump are on their way DOWN the hill AND across a path of DESTRUCTION.  No one is perfect, but there is a vast difference, if we are to 'know them by the fruits of the Holy Spirit'.  Where are ANY of the fruits of the Holy Spirit exhibited from the man unless he wants to manipulate and control your thoughts to side with him? 

And lest you say I am saying everyone is wrong except those in my own little group, MY little group is the group of Christians who ABIDE with God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, and daily exhibit the fruits of the Holy Spirit, even with human imperfections.  We don't bask in evil desires, we are not rogue about our choices.  We prayerfully consider what God would have us to believe, know, live, share, love, obey, and earnestly attempt to abide with our full hearts in and with him, as he works with us to help us grow.  

I cannot even conceptualize how ANYONE can remotely consider, let alone believe that Donald Trump is a man of God.  He is his own little god, an assign of Satan's.  How can a Christian support this man?  Trump does not obey God.  He doesn't even obey Congress, the Senate, U.S. Laws, his employers - us - by the way....through the laws, and those who govern over and with him, or his marriage vows.  He's a liar, a cheat, a thief, and adulterer, manipulator, controller and more.  Where does THAT, any of it, align with being a child of God exhibiting the fruits of the Holy Spirit?  You would blow me over with a feather if anyone could get him to be baptized, and there not be a turbulent stirring of hot water with flames erupting.  Is that being rude, disrespectful of our elected president?   I surely did not elect him, and God taught me to speak truth at a very early age.    

I pray we can stop him before it is too late, before we are in a multinational war.  The world sees him and laughs, and at us.  Even those in war torn countries, and those under violent rule.  Is it any wonder?  NO !  Satan has him and many others by the tail, heart, spirit, mind, body....and soul.  People who were....were....good, fine, God fearing people, but now they are lost.  I've always been ready to trust everyone and see the good of God in everyone, believe in others when they didn't even believe in themselves.  Going where angels fear to tread, but I have followed God's lead.  And I am now learning to see the bad in people....and it's a painful thing that God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, and I, see.  It's terribly disappointing.  Jesus died for  YOU....EVERYONE.  And now folks are spitting in his face essentially.  Scorging more stripes into his flesh.  At what cost for themselves?  To be joined at the hip with a weak man who believes that his power is the be all and end all?  Well, folks....it may be.  

Note how now he is signing things and doing things that should have been done earlier on, and doing many things he should have never done, and attempting to cover up other things.  Do you really want to follow his path to the eternal life he will be living?

The Amercan law is about rights.  Everyone has inalienable rights.  It does not mean everyone must believe or take action based on those rights.  It means merely they have rights under Federal Law which may be different than God's laws.  The U.S. President is required to initiate, uphold, and defend individual rights.  It does not mean the President has to believe in them personally.  

Take abortion.  A woman has a right to make a decision about her body.  If you don't believe in that, lovingly share why it is harmful, hurtful, if that is what you believe, and offer other options.  One of those options could be multiple forms of birth control, including abstaining, and why.  All other forms prevent seed implantation, and yet, Christians fight birth control and then fight abortion once a child is conceived.

Rights are not about you being God.  Rights are about giving opportunity for choices under the law.  As a Christian, you can choose to share loving choices, like why to have a loving relationship with God, to help understand why to choose him, his journey up hill to the mountain, that he can and will forgive, and heal, and uplift, and offers eternal life.  You could share the difference between having a sexual relationship inside of a marriage vs outside and the impact on that child conceived.  Not based on any research documents, so much as based on how love can shape someone, grow their heart, live their intent, and how being without it can, too.  Because you CAN do something, doesn't mean you SHOULD do something.  But a President is required under the law to establish laws that may not make you or I happy.  To choose someone as President who does not follow the law of the government, puts you and many at risk. 

If you are not a Catholic, a sin, is a sin, is a sin.  Did you curse today?  Did you look down on someone today?  Did you get angry today?   It's no different than abortion, rape, abuse.  How are you any better than anyone else and the choices you each make?  Christians should not lord the title/position/belief over someone, but instill in them what loving is, the importance of loving, and, as Jesus knew, it is at the core of who we were all meant to be, and the core for birthing it in others' lives....the essence to begin to even want to receive all the fruits and gifts Holy Spirit has to give us.    

Am I looking down on Trump?  No.  Am I calling him out for what/who he is based on his facts/actions vs God's?  Yes.  I am also earnestly trying by contrast and truth to bring many back into the fold.

We have more deaths from guns than ANY OTHER NATION.  Do we have a RIGHT to bear arms?  Yes.  Should those who do make the choices they do, bearing arms, kill out of hatred and unrest?  Or even think they can, when an alternative location for a shot could take someone down, instead of take someone out?  Because it's a law, a RIGHT to bear arms, doesn't mean we should, just to ensure we can enact. Should we clarify who can, for what reason and when that force should be used?  And could we, as Christians talk about loving ways to exercise choices, discuss more productive ways to be heard, share why God and what he can do?  Give him the power for vengeance?  Yes, yes, and yes. 

Police were always taught to disarm,  Now they seem to think everyone has a right to kill.  The rights of a person of 'due process' have been tossed out the window. 

I was appalled when I heard a church member praised for killing an armed man who had shot and killed in church.  How is the Christian church member's action, who said he was taking out evil when he shot and killed the non-member who killed others, any different than the other?  What is the definition of rational choice?  Maybe the person initially killing believed in rational choice and was exercising it.  Maybe, just maybe, he had an illness that got in the way of what the rest of us might consider rational choice, and if so, shouldn't he have been taken down, rather than taken out?  Perhaps, just perhaps, if he was ill, (we do presume someone taking this sort of action is not well, but perhaps he was, and it was intentional) or not, maybe he could have been brought to the feet of Jesus, been forgiven, and been healed, given opportunity for eternal life with Jesus..  Was that destroyed by a rational choice action?  Hek yes.

And what in the world does that say to the rest of us in the world?  "If you don't think or act like I do, I can take you out/kill you?"  And isn't that the mess we are in right now, because of the discrimination and hatred of thought and action,?  All a part of Satan's plans.  Pay attention folks.  Let me say that again....PAY ATTENTION FOLKS.

It's one thing to reach out to someone to say come....Jesus loves you, you can ask forgiveness, be healed, and be offered eternal life, join us.  And quite another thing when they do not, and you decide to follow THEM instead of God, Jesus, Holy Spirit.  Pray for them, the Scriptures say, and then, take note of when it is time to wipe the dust off your feet and move on.  Ladies, Gentlemen, Youth, it's time to move on, and pray for all in the world to escape ALL Satatn and his assign's offer, ask forgiveness from God, for not staying in the fold, figure out why, and how, Satan duped you into doing so, and then make better choices going forward.

We have a RIGHT to vote for whom we believe will be best as a President of the United States of America.  Make your vote count.  It should not be this or that political force.  It should be about looking into the heart of the person and seeing how closely they come to aligning with Galatians 5:22-23, the fruits of GOD'S Holy Spirit.

As Christians, we better be choosing who best aligns with our foundational God given truths.  The person least likely to get us into a multinational war.  The person most likely to re-establish us as a world leader among the best of the others, a force of strength because we care about others, embrace all, rise above, and take care of and for everyone.  

Christians can NOT continue on this journey of evil alignment as outlined in Galatians 5:7-10 that we've read today.  And read the rest of Galatians 5.  God, Jesus, Holy Spirit taught Paul a whole lot more, that you, who are aligning with evil, need to read and learn as well, or at least be reminded.  You know what, I'm just going to type it here....Paul said, "For you have been called to live in freedom - not freedom to satisfy your sinful nature, but freedom to serve one another in love.  For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: "Love your neighbor as yourself."  But if instead of showing love among yourselves you are always biting and devouring one another, watch out!  Beware of destroying one another."   Please do read what else he says.

"Know them by their works of Christ with Holy Spirit."  Remember that phrase?  And how about this one, "You can't be in authority unless you are under authority - God's."  

Who are you?  Where will you stand on election day?  Where will you live eternal life - Heaven or hell?

We have freedom of religion.  It's our first amendment right.  Exercise it.  And while you're at it, exercise your faith, embrace your testimony, secure your future....with God....and in the world, but start right here in the U.S. of A., if you are here and able to vote.  

For heaven's sake - literally yours - take a REALLY close look into yourself and see if Holy Spirit truly resides there, based on how God, Jesus, Holy Spirit would have you believe, and live your life in and with them.  I have, and I've been found lacking. Join me on a better journey.  Let's make the Trinity:  God, Jesus, Holy Spirit feel honored for having chosen us.

Or will you made a mockery of them and all they stand for aligning with Donald Trump, clearly one of Satan's assigns?  

Be careful.  I can no longer call you brother, nor sister....nor friend....those who align with Trump....nor can Jesus, based on John 15, for you obey Jesus, God, and Holy Spirit....not.

I've wiped the dust off my feet, will  you?

Let Us Pray

Dear God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, help us....all of us.  We are a hurting nation and we are causing others horrendous pain and suffering, most importantly you.  Forgive us of our sins.  Help us to see how and where we got off track, but even more importantly, just help us get back on track with you.   Help us realize for every action is a reaction, and choose carefully..  In an instant, our eternal lives may depend on it.  We never know when you will come, only that you will come....or not.  We'd rather YOU come, when you do....at least I would....but I hope it won't be soon....yet.  We are teaching our youth and all in the world it's ok to hate and kill, and align with Satan and his assigns.  You are not ready for the end of the world.  Donald Trump is not the chosen one to rule over us, you are Jesus, and you sent Holy Spirit, but many seem to not be listening to him....or you....or God.  Donald Trump  may have been chosen by Satan to attempt to end the world and cause death and destruction, but it is not your time.  All fulfillment outlined by you, God, has not come to pass yet.  But it doesn't mean Satan is not trying to take the reigns to see things in his time instead of yours.  From the Old Testament through the New Testament, and life since, where there has been action, there has been reaction.  Let us chooe to act in accord with your Testament, the New Testament, sharing love and truth, by and with the power of Holy Spirit..  It's time for us as Christians, Lord, to come back into your fold.  Please help us, remind us, gently, how to come....back to the embrace of your arms.  We praise you.  We thank you.  We love you.  Amen,    

Please pray for the people in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate as they make their decisions, hopefully in line with the LAW. 

And pray for those who can vote, that they will vote into office, all those who best align with the will of God the Father, Jesus, Lord and Savior of the universe, and Holy Spirit, Comforter and Teacher.

And I must say here, and now, that there are good, kind, wonderful, spiritual people who do not believe in the same books, Savior as I do, or many of us in the U.S.  It does not mean they are any less worthy of office, if they believe in a different Savior, God, Spirit.  Personally I believe my/our Christian God is so huge of heart, as to ensure that he reaches out to all of us in our walk, though he calls his son by a different name.  There are too many similarities in our faith walks between those who believe as Christians, and those believing, but under different names.  Pray, embrace, and vote for them as well.  Thank you.
