Thoughts....

Let me make this simple.

Every day.

In the Temple/Church.

In your homes/house to house.

Continue to teach and preach this message:

"The Messiah you are looking for is Jesus."

Peter said, "There is salvation in no one else!  There is no other name in all of heaven for people to call on to save them."  Acts 4:12

'Then Jesus said, "What is the Kingdom of God like?  How can I illustrate it?  It is like a tiny mustard seed planted in a garden; it grows and becomes a tree, and the birds come and find shelter among its branches.

'He also asked, "What else is the Kingdom of God like?  It is like yeast used by a woman making bread.  Even though she used a large amount of flour, the yeast permeated every part of the dough."  Luke 13 18-21

Jesus had more to say.  "He [God] will give you all you need from day to day if you make the Kingdom of God your primary concern."  Luke 12:31

Jesus also said, "So don't be afraid, little flock.  For it gives your Father great happiness to give you the Kingdom."  Luke 12:32

Jesus spoke these words, too:  "Much is required from those to whom much is given, and much more is required from those to whom much more is given."  Luke 12:48b

If you choose to receive the Messiah, 'You have not come to a physical mountain....'  Hebrews 12:18

'No, you have come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to thousands of angels in joyful assembly.  You have come to the assembly of God's firstborn children whose names are written in heaven.  You have come to God himself, who is the judge of all people.  And you have come to the spirits of the redeemed in heaven who have now been made perfect.  You have come to Jesus [The Messiah!], the one who mediates the new covenant between God and people, and to the sprinkled blood, which graciously forgives....'  Hebrews 12:22-24

'Long ago God spoke many times and in many ways to our ancestors through the prophets.  But now in these final days, he has spoken to us through his Son.  God promised everything to the Son as an inheritance, and through the Son he made the universe and everything in it.  The Son reflects God's own glory, and everything about him represents God exactly.  He sustains the universe by the mighty power of his command.  After he died to cleanse us from the stain of sin, he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God of heaven.

'This shows that God's Son is far greater than the angels, just as the name God gave him is far greater than their names.  For God never said to any angel what he said to Jesus:  "You are my Son.  Today I have become your Father."  And again God said, "I will be his Father, and he will be my Son."  And then, when he presented his honored Son to the world, God said, "Let all the angels of God worship him."  God calls his angels "messengers swift as the wind, and servants made of flaming fire."  But to his Son he says, "Your throne, O God, endures forever and ever.  Your royal power is expressed in righteousness.

'You love what is right and hate what is wrong.  Therefore God, your God has anointed you, pouring out the oil of joy on you more than on anyone else."  And, "Lord, in the beginning you laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands.  Even they will perish, but you remain forever.  They will wear out like old clothing.  You will roll them up like an old coat.  They will fade away like old clothing.  But you are always the same; you will never grow old."

'And God never said to an angel, as he did to his Son, "Sit in honor at my right hand, until I humble your enemies, making them a footstool under your feet."  But angels are only servants.  They are spirits sent from God to care for those who will receive salvation.

'So we must listen very carefully to the truth we have heard, or we may drift away from it.  The message God delivered through angels has always proved true, and the people were punished for every violation of the law and every act of disobedience.  What makes us think that we can escape if we are indifferent to this great salvation that was announced by the Lord Jesus himself?  It was passed on to us by those who heard him speak, and God verified the message by signs and wonders and various miracles and by giving gifts of the Holy Spirit whenever he chose to do so.'  Hebrews 1:1-2:4

'Since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be destroyed, let us be thankful and please God by worshiping him with holy fear and awe.'  Hebrews 12:28

'See to it that you obey God, the one who is speaking to you.'  Hebrews 12:25

'"Anyone who is willing to hear should listen to the Spirit and understand what the Spirit is saying to the churches.  Everyone who is victorious will eat from the tree of life in the paradise of God."'  Revelation 2:7

'"Anyone who is willing to hear should listen to the Spirit and understand what the Spirit is saying to the churches.  Whoever is victorious will not be hurt by the second death."'  Revelation 2:11

'"Anyone who is willing to hear should listen to the Spirit and understand what the Spirit is saying to the churches.  Everyone who is victorious will eat of the manna that has been hidden away in heaven.  And I will give to each one a white stone, and on the stone will be engraved a new name that no one knows except the one who receives it."'  Revelation 2:17

'"To all who are victorious, who obey me to the very end, I will give authority over all the nations.  They will rule the nations with an iron rod and smash them like clay pots. They will have the same authority I received from my Father, and I will also give them the morning star!  Anyone who is willing to hear should listen to the Spirit and understand what the Spirit is saying to the churches."'  Revelation 2:26-29

'"All who are victorious will be clothed in white.  I will never erase their names from the Book of Life, but I will announce before my Father and his angels that they are mine.  Anyone who is willing to hear should listen to the Spirit and understand what the Spirit is saying to the churches."'  Revelation 3:5-6

'"Because you have obeyed my command to persevere, I will protect you from the great time of testing that will come upon the whole world to test those who belong to this world.  Look, I am coming quickly.  Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take away your crown.  All who are victorious will become pillars in the Temple of my God, and they will never have to leave it.  And I will write my God's name on them, and they will be citizens in the city of my God - the new Jerusalem that comes down from heaven from my God.  And they will have my new name inscribed upon them.  Anyone who is willing to hear should listen to the Spirit and understand what the Spirit is saying to the churches."'  Revelation 3:10-13

'"Look!  Here I stand at the door and knock.  If you hear me calling and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal as friends.  I will invite everyone who is victorious to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat with my Father on his throne.  Anyone who is willing to hear should listen to the Spirit and understand what the Spirit is saying to the churches."'  Revelation 3:20-22

'"Worship God.  For the essence of prophecy is to give a clear witness for Jesus."'  Revelation 19:10c

'"Hallelujah!  Salvation is from our God.  Glory and power belong to him alone.  His judgments are just and true.  Hallelujah!"'  Revelation 19:1a, 3a.

'"It is finished!  I am the Alpha and the Omega - the Beginning and the End.  To all who are thirsty I will give the springs of the water of life without charge!  All who are victorious will inherit all these blessings, and I will be their God, and they will be my children."'  Revelation 21:6-7

'"Those who were not my people, I will now call my people and I will love those whom I did not love before.  And once they were told, 'You are not my people.  But now he will say, 'You are the children of the living God.'  Romans 9:25-26

'"For Christ has accomplished the whole purpose of the law.  All who believe in him are made right with God."'  Romans 9:4

'"Amen!  Come, Lord Jesus!'"  Revelation 22:20b

'"The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you all."'  Revelation 22:21

  Let Us Pray

"Victory in Jesus!"  Oh, how I love the sound of that phrase when sung.  "ALL who believe in him are made right with God."  That means the Jews and the Gentiles, equally.  Dear God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, thank you for making the way to salvation clear.  ALL can come to THE Messiah, enter THE Kingdom, and experience THE Victory that can only come from you.  Thank you 'Amen!  Come, Lord Jesus!'  Please forgive me of my sins.  Please help me understand all I need to do to obey you, so that THE Victory is not lost in my life.  I praise you!  And I will make every attempt to love, respect, worship, honor, give myself to you fully, and obey you, as I go forth in homes, along the avenues, in the Temples, Churches, amongst the masses wherever they may be, teaching and preaching every day the message 'The Messiah you are looking for is Jesus'.  Help me, please.  The harvest IS great and the workers are few.  Send more to harvest, Lord, and lead all into the battle.  Onward Christian soldiers....may we all unite in Christ Jesus.  It's time to TAKE the harvest, Lord.  The seeds have been planted, it's time to reap.  I know you are ready to receive.  I'm ready to receive, too, Lord.  Holy Spirit, bring the harvest!  Alleluia!  I praise you!  I thank you!  Amen!

More love....

  Benediction....Blessing

Let us hear from Paul as he prays:

When I think of the wisdom and scope of God's plan, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth.  I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will give you mighty inner strength through his Holy Spirit.  And I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts as you trust in him.  May your roots go down deep into the soil of God's marvelous love.  And may you have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love really is.  May you experience the love of Christ, though it is so great you will never fully understand it.  Then you will be filled with the fullness of life and power that comes from God.

Now glory be to God!  By his mighty power at work within us, he is able to accomplish infinitely more than we would ever dare to ask or hope.  May he be given glory in the church and in Christ Jesus forever and ever through endless ages.  Amen.  Ephesians 3:14-21 NLT

  Our Continual Cause

It is time to reach into the community and the world around you to see wherein lies the greatest need.  As you choose to focus on these areas, do so with a servant's heart.  Whether the need is for children, adults, or animals, or any cause in between that will help those in need, ask God how you can best serve his needs, what path you must take, and how long you should persevere.  Sometimes we are to be in the lives of others merely as stepping stones.  Sometimes we are to touch those lives forever.  Whatever journey you are called to take, whatever team you will be a member, know this:  God is with you always...even til the end of time.  He loves you, is grateful for you, and will help you along life's way, especially if you are helping others along theirs, persevering with a servant's heart.

Please accept my sincerest thanks....and God's....and may God richly bless you !

    One last thing....

 Jesus' Prayer of Thanksgiving

'The Unforced Rhythms of Grace'

"Abruptly Jesus broke into prayer:  "Thank you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth.  You've concealed your ways from sophisticates and know-it-alls, but spelled them out clearly to ordinary people.  Yes, Father, that's the way you like to work."

Jesus resumed talking to the people, but now tenderly.  "The Father has given me all these things to do and say.  This is a unique Father - Son operation, coming out of Father and Son intimacies and knowledge.  No one knows the Son the way the Father does, nor the Father the way the Son does.  But I'm not keeping it to myself; I'm ready to go over it line by line with anyone willing to listen."

"Are you tired?  Worn out?  Burned out on religion?  Come to me.  Get away with me and you'll recover your life.  I'll show you how to take a real rest.  Walk with me and work with me - watch how I do it.  Learn the unforced rhythms of grace.  I won't lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you'll learn how to live freely and lightly.

   Matthew 11:  25-30

  The Message

And the people said,

"Amen."

I now write most prayers in the position of ' I ' (first person) because most people are sitting at their computer alone, not in groups, and it allows those reading and praying to personalize the prayer as coming from them going to God.  Variations may appear on holidays when families may wish to use the prayer provided.  I encourage you to pray your own prayers as well.

NOTE:  I said it long ago, but let me say it again.  If you are wanting to lead a group, start a church, or are confined in an institution, or live in a country where the Gospel is not preached, and you don't know what to say or how to say it, and yet feel led to share, teach, or preach, besides just reading straight out of the Bible and sharing what God puts on your heart, please feel free to share any or all of what I've written, if it will help you, as long as you include where it comes from, due to copyright laws.  Jesus gave God's love and healing freely, as well as his message.  Our responsibility is to get the Word out to those who need to hear it.  If what I've written....by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit....or what he has said through me....has helped you, it may help others that you know.  You are welcome to share it.  God calls all of us to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the world.  Please share it with the fullness of love that God, Jesus, Holy Spirit....and I....have given it.  Amen!
